A developer building StudyLab used Claude Code, Codex and Antigravity in three Git worktrees rather than making them compete. Architecture, shared data models and API contracts came first, followed by parallel work on UI, backend, study logic and tests. The author reported resolving one documentation conflict and passing five Playwright user journeys and 141 tests. This is one project’s experience, not evidence of universal agent rankings. The reusable practice is to establish contracts before parallel work and verify complete flows after integration.
