Entire, led by former GitHub CEO Thomas Dohmke, introduced its independent Git collaboration platform on October 26. Trails runs configurable evaluations and checks on code pushes while tracking work sessions and prompt context alongside code. The launch includes Git-compatible repositories, private hosting with region choices, and CI integrations involving Buildkite and Depot. Public repositories and self-hosting are future plans. Automated evaluations provide evidence for merge decisions; they do not guarantee safe code or remove human review responsibility.
