A Savannah police employee was reportedly fired for sharing a Flock account with her husband, an ICE agent. Audit records showed 983 queries involving 97 license plates, while the police department said it does not share data directly with ICE. Follow-up reporting distinguished departmental policy violations from criminal offenses and said this employee, unlike other employees involved, was not charged. The case shows how credential sharing can bypass formal access limits, but the purpose and legality of every query were not established to the same degree.
