Google has begun previewing firmware 3.79.550760 for the 2016 Home, Home Mini, Nest Mini and Nest Audio. Changes include audio streaming and volume, Wi-Fi setup and connectivity, assistant access, smart-home controls and stability. Joining the preview program through device information in the Home app enables automatic overnight updates. Home Max and the newer Home Speaker are not listed, and general availability is expected weeks later. The change list alone does not establish that new Gemini features have been added.
