KT plans to launch Token Factory on October 30, combining model selection, usage monitoring and billing. Its event briefing describes starting with seven domestic and 66 overseas models, then expanding beyond 500 in December. The company attributes potential token savings to automatic routing and prompt compression, but the up-to-25% figure comes from internal evaluation. Domestic-model hosting and overseas-model distribution use different paths, so not every request should be assumed to remain in Korea. Individual-developer access is planned for March next year, separate from the initial business launch.
