Simon Willison added text and image clipboard copying to web-edit 0.1a2, a tool for opening and editing files in a folder through the web. He says the need arose while viewing model-run output on a laptop from his phone and trying to move logs to a Gist. His main use case is editing files across devices connected with Tailscale. This release extends copying in an already introduced tool; it does not announce a new synchronization service or access-control improvements.
