Fedora 45 has been delayed to a November 3 target because of four release blockers. Alongside continued trust in compromised eMudhra intermediate certificates, the blockers include LVM autoactivation after upgrades, Plasma Discover serving outdated RPMs and failure to boot an encrypted Stratis pool. The certificate-authority incident is therefore not the sole cause of the delay, and the new date depends on fixes being ready. Users planning an operating-system migration should check the confirmed release and the status of certificate and storage-related fixes.

Fedora 45 delayed by certificate and boot blockers
November 3 is a revised target, not a completed release with all blockers resolved.
