The operator cites patching and security checks following disclosure of PHP2Shell and has chosen to review the entire service again. It says the service had not yet reopened and access-log checks found no actual damage. No replacement date has been set; an announcement will follow on the official homepage after the review. This is a change to service availability, not a new disclosure of the underlying vulnerability.
