Microsoft says that, as of October 21, the phased rollout of Windows 11 26H2 has reached full availability for devices running 24H2 and 25H2. Eligible PCs can obtain it through Windows Update and complete installation with one restart. The official health page marks post-sign-in black screens and AC-3 application crashes as resolved, but lists non-admin Remote Desktop failures with Administrator protection and certain USB audio failures as mitigated. Broad availability does not mean every compatibility issue is fixed; organizations should check the issues relevant to their environment.
