CleanYourTV connects over ADB to an Android TV or Google TV on the same network, disables advertising and unwanted preinstalled packages, and installs a simple launcher. Instead of rooting or replacing firmware, it records package and settings state so a restore script can reverse changes. Instructions cover both coding-agent assistance and manual operation, with checks before changing features such as voice control, Chromecast and updates. The tool does not run on Samsung Tizen, LG webOS or Roku, and Fire TV supports only limited debloating. Device-specific support, preserved recovery records and closing debugging access afterward are important parts of the workflow.
