The All Accounts view in new Outlook for Windows lets users handle email from several connected accounts on one screen. According to a publicly available Microsoft 365 notice, rollout began in late September and is expected to finish in late October. Users can read, delete, move and archive messages without switching accounts. Each mailbox remains separate; the feature does not move messages between accounts to merge them. The notice describes Copilot search as limited to the primary account. Administrator controls are planned for a later release, so a combined display does not imply identical AI access to every account.
