According to a public archive of a Microsoft 365 Message Center notice, Outlook’s Copilot Prioritize feature will be phased out across all clients. The October 22 update says withdrawal is expected to begin on October 26 and finish by the end of March 2027. The company describes the change as simplifying the Outlook Copilot experience and focusing its investment. Administrators do not need to take a separate action, but are advised to inform existing users and update internal training and support documents. This retires the specific prioritization feature, rather than all Copilot capabilities in Outlook.
