YouTube is moving the bottom Subscriptions tab on Android and iOS to Subs at the top of Home, alongside dedicated feeds such as Live and Music. Its accompanying custom feeds can be created by describing a desired topic or mood in natural language, and sync with the web. Free users can save three active custom feeds, while Premium users can save eight. The feature rolls out first to signed-in English-language users in the US, with other countries planned later. Feeds from existing subscriptions have not themselves been deleted, so users can distinguish their new location from the new recommendation feeds.
